I had the extreme pleasure to work with Megan on my very first remote virtual reiki session. Megan greeted me with her warming energy and let me know she had gathered some crystals for our session. Each one represented an area in my life and my body where I felt was either stagnant or had been speaking to me. We had not talked about anything yet, she just intuitively felt called to bring these healing energies in. After we spoke briefly about where I was feeling stuck or any areas I wanted to focus on, we pulled a tarot card which would lay the foundation of our session, and again deeply resonated with me. Megan began by grounding me deeply into the Earth and worked her way through my body scanning all areas while she put me in a deep meditative and relaxed state, both physically and mentally. I could feel her moving my energy around and placing it in areas where I needed it, removing any blocks in my energetic body where it was no longer needed. I was amazed how connected I felt to her even though she was not physically over my body. I felt peace, serenity, and calmness wash over me as she brought me back. The days following I slept better, and felt more clear. I will definitely be scheduling another virtual reiki session with Megan, she truly has a gift for intuitive healing. The entire experience from start to finish was beautifully conducted and such a wonderfully grounding experience.

About Megan and the incredible medicine of her work. Her guided energy medicine session left me feeling light and as if some real shadow was cleared. That extra piece that was constricting my flow. Megan is an extremely skilled healer, lightworker and spirit mama! Megan Allen is a natural when it comes to facilitating esoteric healing modalities. I have been going to Megan for massage therapy for a couple of years now and she has a wide range of doing light energy work to physical deep tissue. I encourage her to use her own intuition to navigate how a therapy session should go while working on me. Her knowledge and use of essential oils, chakra balancing, Reiki, guided meditation, and crystals are all very effective. My wellness journey with Megan began over a year ago when I was seeing a local chiropractor who recommended her services. I can’t express how important that connection ended up being! I usually booked a 1 hour session with Megan which included bodywork and reiki type massage. Megan incorporates overall wellness, not just addressing the sore parts of your body. Megan is absolutely amazing!! She came over (yes, she does house calls!) to see me for a prenatal massage and pressure point work. I was overdue and ready for baby to come and needed to relax to say the least. Megan worked her magic. She is extremely talented, perfectly professional, listens, and truly has a calming aura. She used essential oils and meditation techniques. She incorporated pressure points (to get labor going) into a very thoughtful and therapeutic massage. Her touch was healing...I slept for the first time in months that night...and my labor started the very next day!
